Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy - You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.)  Faulty or Damages  -  If the garment has manufacturing fault and is unwearable.

 2.) Wrong fit or size. - If once you receive your garment and you find that it does not fit properly and the size is wrong.

3.) Please understand that we can not accept returns on Sale items, Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without hygiene sticker - unless faulty.

* May Not Be Able To Guarantee Return, Replacement or Refund of Garment If There Is A Change Of Mind.


How to return or exchange

1.)  Post the product to: 14 Hewish Road, Croydon, Victoria, 3136

2.) Customers must cover the cost of the return

3.) We will ship any exchange items to you Free of charge.

 

When and how will you receive your refund?

 After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Please note, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
